Overcome negative thought processes
Whether consciously or subconsciously, people may develop or learn negative thought processes in the form of contaminated self-talk, counter-productive beliefs and distorted thinking regarding themselves, their abilities, or the world around them. Once ingrained, these false truths become a reality while acting as a deterrent to change, growth, and goal attainment.
The coaching process can aid in critical self-reflection while creating awareness of these negative thought processes, their triggers, biases, distortions and the consequences they produce. It can then help identify, challenge and reframe negative thinking/self-talk to factual, reality-based thinking to break through previously impervious barriers to change, growth and goal attainment.
